1. 1. Purpose of Agreement

These terms are intended to define the conditions for the launch of a "record" on the website http://www.id-resto.com.

2. 2. Obligations of the provider

2.1. The site should have a consistent appearance regardless of the platform and the browser used.

2.2. The provider should ensure the best possible audience of the site in implementing the means available for the use of the site a success.

3. 3. Obligations du client Customer Obligations

To enable service providers to achieve its mission, the customer agrees to:

- Provide the claimant all requested data concerning its Locations via the registration form;

- Work actively to the success of the site through a link on the website of the client to the provider;

- Comply strictly with the technical recommendations made by the provider;

- Ensure the provider against any action that may be instituted because of the nature of the data or information (text, images, sounds) that were provided or selected by the customer including compliance with the code of intellectual property, the right to image and respect for privacy;

- To ensure that all provider data online are legitimate and can not affect an institution of any kind;

- In accordance with the Act of June 21, 2004 the claimant will not accept to put online or leave online manifestly illicit content

- Set within the time specified, the sums owed to the claimant.

4. 4. Collaboration between the parties

Each party agrees to work actively to ensure the proper execution of the contract.

Everyone agrees to connect all the difficulties which he has knowledge, to allow the other to take the necessary measures.

5. 5. Disclaimer

The provider will provide its services within the rules of engineering practice in the profession, it is expressly agreed that it shall be held as a general obligation of means.

The claimant can not be held liable for false information posted on the site and could in no circumstances be attacked for defamation regardless of the content posted on the site.

Claimant disclaims any content defamatory or not posted on the site (comments, ratings ...).

6. 6. Duration

This contract takes effect from the date of registration of the customer site, the service is valid for illimlitée and this contract is valid until changed. It will expire automatically when due without any compensation to either side, all without injury after the end of the contract or if the customer decides to cancel his account on the site.

In case of force majeure, the Contractor may remove without notice on behalf of a client or a registered member on the site.

7. 7. Litiges Applicable law - Disputes

This contract is subject to French law.

Any dispute concerning the interpretation, performance or validity of this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris.
